Guidelines and template resources for organisations
EULAR has produced a fabulous calendar for 2012. Copies of the calendar will be sent to EULAR member organisations, but if you would like to produce the calendar in your country, you will find the artwrok, design templates and instructions on how to create the calendar for your organisation here. The calendar is made up of the 11 pictures and quotes selected by our jury from EULAR country entries to the 'Action Shot' photo-competition and the online winner.
You can adapt and translate the wording on the calendar and add your organisation's logo and details where indicated. If you are seeking funding for developing and producing the calendar in your country, you can add the sponsor's logo, but please do not use the EULAR logo on your version of the calendar.
This prestigious calendar makes a perfect gift for policy makers and other important stakeholders you want to reach.
Below you will find a PDF document with a guide to using the World Arthritis Day and Move to Improve logos and resouces and some ideas on how you can use the logos on promotional items to support your campaigns. You will also find separate files with the artwork you need to produce the logos in both Apple Mac and PC/web formats. If you are planning a campaign and want help with publicising it you will find hints and tips in our WAD media toolkit.
Use the English PDF for text to adapt and translate. The artwork files (ZIP) have graphics and templates to create your own version.

Low impact forms of exercise, which can build strength, balance and flexibility
As a sports student of 21 years old, it was very hard to be diagnosed with arthritis, but I looked for new ways to maintain and improve my flexibility. Thanks to tai chi and qigong I am still very mobile and, despite having severe pain and undergone physical changes, have learned to find and keep my inner balance.
