Every year on 12 October people from around the world join together to raise awareness of arthritis, a disease that affects millions of individuals across the globe.
Regular exercise can have enormous benefits for people with arthritis and this year World Arthritis Day is focusing on exercise with a campaign theme of ‘Take Action!’
